MEAM is a property investor, developer, and consultant based in Tunbridge Wells and focused on adding value to commercial and residential property in the South-East.

Established in 2010, the two founding partners Ian Solley and Harvey Gifford have over 45 years of experience in real estate gained in the West End of London - and have been involved with more than £4 billion of property transactions and developments as principal and advisor in the last 10 years.
